It’s not necessary, but keep in mind that if you place an order with partner PICs and you’re not in Teaching Status, PICs won’t be able to be transferred to your account until you’re in Teaching Status. Also, in digital courses you won’t be able to track the student if you’re not in Teaching Status.

If it is your first order, to be able to invoice it it is necessary, if particular, first name, surname and ID, if it is a company, company name and NIF. We also need the billing address and shipping address, contact phone number, PADI Number (Center or Instructor) and contact email.
We don’t normally charge freight (**). We only charge freight for small orders and always upon acceptance of them.
You can ask us for a quote without any commitment. We will send you a quote or pro forma invoice. If you are happy to proceed with the payment, you send us proof of the same and we immediately get going with your order.
If the material you request is in stock, the order will arrive at 48-72h (*) If we do not have Stock, we will manage it directly with you so that you have the material you need as soon as possible. Normally 4 to 6 days you will have the material (*) If the order is digital you will normally have it available on the same day as you formalize it.
Yes of course. Urgent orders will arrive in 24h (*) not counting Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. In urgent orders we charge freight. It will always be managed with your prior acceptance.
